Our founder, Jason Jauch, has spent more than 25 years in technology and information security, including serving in executive security leadership roles and holding the CISSP certification. Throughout his career, Jason has seen the same pattern repeat across industries: capable, well-run businesses disrupted by incidents that could have been prevented with the right visibility, planning, and response.

What stood out wasn’t a lack of tools — it was a lack of ownership and strategy.
